Ethos Partners is delighted to welcome Mark Cappell as an Operating Partner

Mark brings a proven track record of scaling and exiting software and technology businesses. He has deep expertise in sales, marketing, and working closely with management teams to position businesses for successful exits. Mark will also join the board of our portfolio company, Boostworks, where his insight will be invaluable in supporting the next phase of growth.

Mark began his career in banking before transitioning to lead several high-growth software businesses. His experience in successfully delivering four exits as CEO, alongside his recent Chairman experience, will add considerable value to the Ethos portfolio.
