Ethos Partners is pleased to welcome Jack Jacovou to the investment team. Jack joined Ethos in January 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the UK lower mid-market. Prior to Ethos, he was a Partner at Elysian Capital, where he focused on UK-based growth businesses. Jack has extensive expertise as both an investor and adviser, having led transactions across buyouts, capital raisings, IPOs, debt financings, and distressed situations, as well as serving as a non-executive director on portfolio companies. He began his career at Smith & Williamson, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before moving into corporate finance advisory.
