Ethos Partners is pleased to welcome John Naylor-Leyland to the investment team.
John joined Ethos in January 2026, bringing over 20 years of investment and advisory experience. Prior to Ethos, he was a Partner at Cairngorm Capital, where he led investments across the business services and specialist distribution sectors, before assuming non-executive board roles to drive transformation and sustained earnings growth. Earlier in his career, he worked at UBS and Disruptive Capital Finance. John has a particular focus on supporting SMEs and founders to help businesses scale and succeed.

John holds a degree from Bristol University.
