Forza operates in the premium, timber-based segment of the market and differentiates itself on quality and a quick 10-14 day turnaround from order to delivery. Founded in 2010, it now employs 170 staff across its 44sq ft factory in Horsham, West Sussex (also HQ), a show room in London and an office in Birmingham.

Ethos has backed Will Hunnam, Incoming CEO and Searcher with 25+ years’ experience, including 10 as CEO. He previously spent 15 years at Royal Dutch Shell plc.
