We work in partnership with management teams, leveraging our breadth of experience and seeking to add value to investee businesses through the lifetime of our investment, ultimately with the goal to support a successful exit. We invest in businesses according to our investment ethos:

ALIGNMENT – Our two principals commit a minimum of £250k alongside our HNW investors and management teams (together our ‘partners’) into each transaction.

‘ENTREPRENEURIAL INSTITUTIONALISM’ – All team members have entrepreneurial backgrounds; however, the principals also have deep experience with multiple blue chip private equity houses and adopt a rigorous approach for investment appraisal.

VALUE ADDED PARTNERSHIP – We back management teams to run their businesses.  We purposefully look to make a small number of investments and bring broad experience to help shape strategy and introduce deep expertise where required, with the aim to support continuous improvement and to generate shareholder value for our partners.

EMPATHY – We understand what it takes to be an entrepreneur; we emphasise the importance of EQ and building trusting, enduring relationships with our partners.
